ALWAYS ON MY MIND

The National Brain Appeal raised much-needed funds for The National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology. ‘Always On My Mind’ features collage, drawing, installation, photography, painting, prints, and sculpture. Money raised from sales of artworks will go to help The National Brain Appeal. The title of the exhibition comes from the name of an Elvis Presley song that was number one 50 years ago, artists exhibited Elvis-themed work, or work relating to what had been on their minds.

The show included work by 16 esteemed artists; Nick Cave, Billy Childish, Magda Archer, Gordon Beswick, Sasha Bowles, Matthew Collings, Alice Herrick, Corin Johnson, James Johnston, Francis Macdonald, Kate Murdoch, Carson Parkin-Fairley, Harry Pye, Elena-Andreea Teleaga, Twinkle Troughton and Tracey Williams.
